Lary is an event organiser and involved in the creation of multiple festivals over summer; Aum, Adrift Open Air, Shipwrecked, Brazen and the Lucky Star to name a few. She loves spreadsheets and structure, but also values creative freedom. With the Button Factory, she found a new passion project to create a fun and safe environment for the arts community.

Yuli is a curly haired jack of multiple trades. From art to admin, and everything in between. Her mission is to bring people together to create, collaborate, share visions and most of all support one another. Being a founding member of the Button Factory brings her a step closer to fulfilling her lifelong dream.

Gus is a creative entrepreneur, cultural catalyst; poet, educator and a producer. His work has been widely published, and performed, locally and internationally. Even though he can be hard to understand, at times – his English seems to be broken all in the right places. He claims he understands himself, and is dedicating his life and work to understanding others. Most of his actions are inspired by simplicity, sustainability, beauty and minimalism.

Sina is a creative leader empowering people to integrate their head and their heart, unlock their whole person and unleash the collective intelligence of their organisations and teams. Founder/producer of Earth Beat Festival, Sina has worked in the NZ music festival scene for over 11 years and has trained as a regenerative facilitator with Zenergy Global and Regenesis Group.

Dani is the creative “glue” who likes to bring talent together to produce powerful collaborations. Founder/Director of Aurora Creative NZ – a collective of NZ artists that fuses imagination with technology, dance, projection mapping and music, she now dreams of The Button Factory being the artists heart where all come together into one space: the possibilities are boundless.
