Once the booking is confirmed, we coordinate the agreed services and running order. For dry hire, your team creates the celebration with our venue manager on hand.

Before you
ask.
Can we book just the reception?
Yes. Tell us your date, guest count and whether you want food, live music, a DJ or performances. We’ll put together a reception-only proposal.
Can we change the guest count or package?
Absolutely. The packages give you a starting point. Different numbers, longer celebrations and named artists are quoted separately. Enter your actual guest count in the enquiry; the estimate won’t automatically price a different-sized wedding.
What’s included in the price?
The inclusions listed on your selected package, plus the add-ons you select. Dry hire includes only the two levels, two sound systems and a venue manager; you organise the celebrant, catering, artists and styling. Prices are NZD including GST. Drinks are additional unless you add a bar tab. The marriage licence, personal items and bespoke extras are separate. Your written quote confirms the full scope.
Can we bring our own photographer or other suppliers?
You can bring your own photographer or videographer. Talk with us about other suppliers so we can coordinate food service, technical needs and the running order.
How does access work?
The venue is across two floors. Please tell us about step-free access, seating or other requirements before booking so we can confirm a suitable layout and facilities with you.
How late can we celebrate?
We’ll confirm the finish time, music hours and bar service for your date and package. Extra time is by agreement and may add staffing and supplier costs.
