A guided immersion in functional breathwork and flowing Qi Gong designed to regulate the nervous system, restore balance and reconnect you to your lifeforce.
We begin with 45 minutes of functional and coherent breathing to refine breath mechanics and cultivate calm clarity. This is followed by 70 minutes of flowing Qi Gong to ground the body, circulate energy and deepen embodied presence.
Led by Amanda Wright, Breathwork & Qi Gong Teacher and Founder of Breathe Wright, this workshop offers a structured yet accessible pathway into nervous system regulation and embodied vitality.
