But when we’re too serious, something important gets lost. Play, spontaneity, the freedom to just be ourselves.

At this Connection Playground, on the Fools Day, we’ll explore what happens when we loosen the grip a little.

When we allow ourselves to laugh, be awkward and remember that we don’t need to be perfect.

Through playful exercises and shared experiences, we’ll explore:

 + How humour and play can open the heart

 + Letting go of the need to look good or get it right

 + Finding ease and lightness in connection with others

Expect laughter, a bit of delightful awkwardness, and moments that remind you how good it feels to simply be human together.
