A gentle, participatory women’s circle blending ceremony, embodied practices, a meditation journey and group processes.

Step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a nourishing space of connection, presence and feminine embodiment.

Women’s Temple led by Teagan Fea, a women’s empowerment coach, hypnotherapist and temple facilitator is an experiential journey designed to bring you out of your head and back into connection with yourself and other women. You will be welcomed into the space with a purification blessing, then we gather in circle and sacred ceremony.

We will move into an embodied gentle movement practice, then be nourished and held by Women’s Temple practices that invite deeper connection with the other women, authenticity and self-awareness.

Women’s Temple is a delicious space of coming home to the divine feminine within. You will be invited to participate, connect and experience the practices. Some processes may involve respectful, physical touch, such as holding your feet, massaging your hands or holding your head, so you will need to be comfortable with appropriate touch. Your boundaries and personal choice will always honoured.

Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, connected, grounded and more deeply at home in yourself.
