Join us for an evening of movement where together we will create a space that encourages our bodies to release some of the heavier emotions, feelings and sensations by opening up a space for our truer selves to shine forward.
We will move and connect for about 1 hour then have time for grounding afterwards.
One of the ways I have been moving through stressful or difficult times in my life is through movement. Something comes alive deep within my soul when I move with purpose. Our bodies hold a lifetime’s worth of stress, trauma, fear, anxiety etc. But our body also holds the key to unlocking our deepest expressions of joy, playfulness, contentment, hope, inspiration and love. However, our clever human minds have learned to lock our emotions, the ‘good and the bad’ away inside of us.
Moving our bodies through a non-structured, but purposeful experience can create an environment that encourages our souls to express our deepest desires, dreams and passions and at the same time, creates space to heal our old wounds, patterns and fears. There are no rules here. No steps to remember. No pressure to move in a certain way. There is just the freedom to connect to the deeper layers of your body, mind and soul where the only purpose is to express freely through movement, sound and connection to our fellow sisters.
Hiya. I’m Dani DiBella, and I am a personalised stress relief specialist. Outside of years of lived experience with heightened stressful living due to anxiety and depression, I have spent the last 8 years learning, exploring and discovering pathways to support myself during times of “stress”.
I have experienced how incorporating movement into my previously burnout prone lifestyle has restored balance to my nervous system and life. Movement can guide us to a happier state and I am devoted to sharing ways to release, embrace or create more flow and ease in the moment.
