Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes (or bare feet) for movement. If you would like to bring a journal to record your reflections please feel welcome.
About your facilitator, Lexi Tuenter:
Graduated with a Bachelor of Dance Studies from the University of Auckland, Lexi has experience in contemporary, ballet and jazz dance. She taught a range of movement exploration classes focusing on self-expression, creativity and discovery. She has professional experience in education, research, teaching and the arts. She lived and worked as an educator in Italy, where she travelled extensively and completed a Creative Writing certificate at the University of Tallinn, Estonia. Lexi is curious about our shared human experience and how the arts can be used to discover and express ourselves. In 2024 she studied From Craft to Inspiration at the University of Amsterdam and currently works as a Life Biographer for Hospice.
