This workshop is a deep dive into practicing SANE — a mindful framework for finding clarity, steadiness, and purpose in turbulent times.

We live in times of great uncertainty. It’s natural for anxiety, fear, doubt, and insecurity to arise. But staying SANE is not about escaping the chaos — it’s about cultivating clarity, grounded presence, and conscious action within it.

This 3-hour, practical workshop introduces the SANE framework – your inner compass for navigating life’s whirlwinds. Through mindfulness, mindset, and self-awareness practices, you’ll learn strategies you can use right away. Together, we’ll move beyond understanding the SANE framework into living it — so you can meet life with steadiness, clarity, and purpose.

We’ll explore:

  • Surrender – Let go of limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns through self-awareness practices and guided reflection.

  • Awaken – Cultivate presence and reconnect with what truly matters.

  • Navigate – Learn practical self-regulation tools to stay centred, grounded, and resourceful in moments of stress or uncertainty.

  • Embody – Integrate your insights into daily life, living with intention, presence, and purpose.

You’ll leave with practical tools, guided practices, and a personal action plan to help you stay SANE — not just in theory, but in the moments that matter most.
