  • WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
    Sound healing is a practice that uses the power of sound and vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound healing can help with stress, mental disorders, sleep issues, migraines, chronic pain, trauma, and so much more.WHAT DOES A PARTICIPANT NEED TO DO AT A SOUND BATH?
    Lay down and relax! (think of it like pre-school nap time, but with cool sounds).WHAT WILL A PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE?
    Sound healing can simply be a chance to relax on a deeper level, or it can be a chance to experience profound mental, emotional and physical healing. you may fall asleep, You may feel tearful, you may feel extreme happiness, you may journey to another place and time. Regardless of how you experience a sound bath, the healing work is being done.WHAT WILL THE HEALER BE DOING?
    I’ll be using a variety of therapeutic instruments including but not limited to crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, harp, drums, and koshi chimes. The sound healing will last for around 45 minutes.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    – Wear comfortable clothing.
    – Bring whatever you need to lay comfortably i.e, cushion/s, blankets etc, the venue has yoga mats.
    – Bring an eye mask or eye pillow (I always have spares )
    – Bring a water bottle.
    – The healing will kick off as close to 7:30 as possible, please arrive on time to respect the time of other participants.
