I’ve been inspired to facilitate a new contact improvisation experience.
An experiment in re-connection: what could happen when we approach contact improvisation through a somatic lens? I’ll weave ceremony, play and intentionality into a foundation of contemporary dance partnering concepts, creating space to bring you back to yourself, then invite you into connection, release and playfulness through listening and exchange.
You’re warmly welcome to step in or out at any stage.
All backgrounds are welcome. No dance or partnering experience necessary, just curiosity and the courage to tap into the freedom of moving together. Come as you are and let’s see where it takes us.
