A gentle, guided art session using African drumming to open intuitive creative flow.
Full Circle – Creative Flow Art Group
Join us for Full Circle, a 1.5-hour supportive art group held alongside the super cool African drumming course.
Create freely to the powerful rhythm of the drums as they help awaken a deeper, instinctive form of creativity. This is not about artistic skill, with guidance and space holding support from artist and hypnotherapist Elle, it is about reconnecting with your natural creative flow, expressing yourself intuitively, and enjoying the experience of creating in community.
The primal energy of rhythm can ground us in the present moment and tap into something ancient and innate within us, making this a unique opportunity to explore creativity, expression, and connection.
Come as you are. Create what wants to emerge.

What to bring
I would suggest bringing an art journal, and any specific mediums that you would like to work with- otherwise there will be an array of different basic mediums available including markers, collage, crayons, some paint, standard paper and anything that can be reused/recycled.
