Getting down in the city just got an upgrade with 12 hours of relaxation, connection, and movement! Pack your bags and come along to the Button Factory for a day and night focused on community, health, and great music.
Set in a cosy setting with Persian rugs and tea on flow, you’re in for a treat! We will begin this day by unwinding the body in a gentle yin yoga practice, and ease away the tensions of the mind with a guided meditation and live Indian classical music. Once our nervous systems are relaxed and we’re feeling grounded, the afternoon gets into a few hours of silky live music, picking up the beat throughout the evening before getting down to our favourite tunes, with some of Aotearoa’s finest underground producers. The lotus lounge cafe will have you covered for dinner with delicious hot meals and drinks, and you can pick yourself up a few new treasures at the markets.
The night will close with a grounding sound journey before sending you off either to a deep sleep or wherever the night might take you…
