Caravanserais were once refuge for travellers along the Silk Road, a place to rest, replenish, and exchange stories. We’re reimagining that spirit as a cultural immersion where guests can nourish body and soul through delicious dishes, evocative music, poetry, and shared connection. A sanctuary and gathering honouring ancient traditions while offering a cosy space to delight your senses and come together in community. We hope you enjoy the ride.

Silkroad HQ is a bespoke catering company and creative culinary studio founded by award-winning chefs Frederick and Seyavash. At the heart of Silkroad HQ is a shared passion for storytelling through food.

Frederick, a pan-Asian cuisine chef and international food stylist, has worked on cinematic productions like Disney’s Mulan and Amazon’s Rings of Power. His refined touch has also created banquets for culinary icons including Peta Mathias, Julie Le Clerc, and MasterChef’s Ray McVinnie.

Seyavash, a Persian-born patisserie maestro raised in Dubai and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Wellington, brings elegance, flair, and a heritage-rich approach to every sweet creation. His artistry reflects a deep reverence for hospitality passed down from his mother.
