The Flavours Of Ancient Persia
In the first edition we travel to Ancient Persia and bring alive the sounds, smells, and flavours. Come curious leave enchanted.

Zeytoon Parvadeh: Crushed olive, pomegranate and walnuts.
Freshly baked Barbari Naan: Persian flatbread with nigella and sesame seeds. Traditional herb salad and more.

Main Course
Modern Khoresh-e fesenjoon: Succulent chicken, delicately stuffed with a rich blend of pomegranate, walnut, and dates, baked to golden perfection and adorned with edible gold leaf. Presented on a bed of velvety fesenjoon sauce, accompanied by Persian saffron jewel rice.
Vegan Option: Marinated tofu steaks paired with vegetable bundles, set atop a rich pomegranate-walnut fezenjan sauce. Served with fragrant Persian saffron jewel rice for a vibrant, plant-based interpretation of the classic.

Dessert
Faloodeh & Pistachio Ice Cream: A refreshing Persian delicacy of silky rice vermicelli in rosewater syrup, elegantly paired with creamy pistachio ice cream. A balance of fragrant florals, nutty richness, and cool indulgence.

Meet The Chefs
Silkroad HQ is a bespoke catering company and creative culinary studio founded by award-winning chefs Frederick and Seyavash. At the heart of Silkroad HQ is a shared passion for storytelling through food.
Frederick, a pan-Asian cuisine chef and international food stylist, has worked on cinematic productions like Disney’s Mulan and Amazon’s Rings of Power. His refined touch has also created banquets for culinary icons including Peta Mathias, Julie Le Clerc, and MasterChef’s Ray McVinnie.
Seyavash, a Persian-born patisserie maestro raised in Dubai and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Wellington, brings elegance, flair, and a heritage-rich approach to every sweet creation. His artistry reflects a deep reverence for hospitality passed down from his mother.
