Slow movement to release, gentle breating to relax and guided meditation to rest.

A Time to Unwind as we wind up the year, take some time out to unwind the body and mind in this 4 week relaxation series that includes slow movement, gentle breathing practices, and guided meditation.

With an emphasis on rest and relaxation, each session will offer a movement practice designed to release tension from tight muscles, and breathing exercises to soothe the nervous system and quiet a busy mind. The class will conclude with 30mins of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), a specific style of guided meditation to bring you into a state of deep and nourishing rest.

These classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners, but best suited to anyone who wishes to offer themself the gift of relaxation. You’ll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and equipped with tools to help you move into the busy holiday season with ease.

Rest and Restore: Restorative yoga techniques to help relax the body and mind and provide the nervous system with deep nourishing rest.

Slow Down and Be Present: Slow mindful movement to help us drop into the present moment and practice being ok with whatever is there, in a curious and non judgemental way.

Let Go of Effort and Receive Support: Practice receiving support so you can let go of unnecessary tension, and find more ease in body and mind.

Surrender to Stillness: Long holds to invite stillness to the body and mind and an internal sense of peace and quiet.

Dani has been practicing yoga for over 10years, and teaching since 2016. Her approach is inquisitive and inviting, compassionate and considerate of different people's needs, which allows space for people to explore their own experience and to learn how to respond to life in ways that best serves them.
