Join Dani DiBella for an evening of movement, sound, and silence—an immersive experience designed to help women bridge the gap between thinking and feeling, fostering greater peace, compassion, and joy.

Women are often told they are either too analytical or too emotional, leading many to ignore their intuition in favor of logic. This event introduces InnSaei, the art of harmonizing thought with deep inner knowing. Through guided practices, participants will explore how to reconnect with intuition, release stress, and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection.

Using a blend of gentle movement, sound, and stillness, this session offers a space to unwind, process emotions, and restore balance. Whether you struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or simply want to deepen your connection with yourself, this is an opportunity to explore new ways of tuning in and trusting your inner wisdom.

Dani DiBella is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRE Certified Trauma Release Provider, and NZQA Certified Relaxation Massage Therapist.
